冠心病患者心绞痛发作的昼夜规律

Circadian Rhythm of Angina Attack in Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

摘要: 我们对 32例心绞痛患者 2 4hDCG监测到 130次心绞痛分析表明 ,心绞痛发作有明显的昼夜分布规律 ,白昼 (占 92 % )明显多于夜间 ;全天发作高峰在上午 6～ 10时 (占 40 % )。

Abstract: Analysis of 32 cases coronary heart disease in 130 angina attacks with DCG monitoring showed that the rhythm of angina attack was 92% in day time,and the attack peak occurred during 6～10 A.M.（40%）。
