大蒜精油对实验性动脉粥样硬化过程中TXA2/PGI2,LPO的影响

Effects of Essential Oil of Garlic on TXA2/PGI2 ,LPO in Experimental Atheroscle-rosis

  • 摘要: 复制家兔高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,观察大蒜精油(EOG)对血液中血栓素/前列环素(TXA2/PGI2)、胆固醇(Ch)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)和脂质过氧化(LPO)以及对AS形成的影响。结果显示,EOG能防止TXA2/PGI2,Ch,LDLC,ApoB及丙二醇的升高并起到防止AS形成的作用。

     

    Abstract: In the present study, a rabbit model of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis(AS) was made and the effects of essential oil of garlic (EOG) on blood thromboxane/prostacyclin (TXA2/PGI2 ), cholesterol (Ch ), LDL-cholesterol (LDLc ), apolipoprotein B (Apo B) and the effects on lipoperoxidation and atherosclerotic plaque were investigated. The results indicated that EOG could inhibit the increases in blood levels of TXA2/PGI2 ,Ch,LDLc,Apo B and malondialdehyde (MDA) in AS rabbits and could prevent experimental atherosclerosis.
