老年高血压性肥厚型心肌病的超声表现(诊断与鉴别诊断)

Echocardiography of Hypertensive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in the Elderly（Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis）

摘要: 用二维超声心动图诊断老年高血压性肥厚型心肌病31例。超声表现为重度心肌肥厚（室间隔厚度17.9±2.1mm，左室后壁厚度17.7±1.8mm），左室腔径缩小（前后径36.8±3.7mm，横径36.1±3.5mm），心肌收缩功能超常（LVEF79.6±4.1％，LVFA46.7±3.9％），舒张功能减退（EFv41.7±7.8mm／s）。对其超声特征与正常人及原发性梗阻性肥厚型心肌病和高血压左心室肥厚进行对比研究。

Abstract: ypertensive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy of the eldarly（HHCME）was diagnosed with two-dimensional echocardiography in 31 patients.The echocardiography showed serious myocardial hypertrophy（ventricular septal-wall thickness 17.9±2.1mm,left ventricular posterior-wall thickness 17.7±1.8mm）,reduction of left ventricular cavity diameter（anterior-posterior diameter 36.8±3.7 mm,transverse diameter 36.1±3.5mm）,exaggerated myocardial systolic function（EF49.6±4.1％, FA46.7±3.9％） and impairment of myocardial diastolicfunction（EFv 41.7±7.8mm／s）.The criterias of diagnosis in HHCME were suggested.
