Abstract:
The clinical data and computerized tomography(CT)were retrospectively analysed in 24 patients with cerebral hematoma. The study showed in patients with severe hypertension, the size of cerebral haematoma and the average time of hospitalization were significantly different from those patients with mild hypertension(size:27.2±8.2ml,vs 19.9±5.02ml,P<0.05,hospitalization days: 37.1±7.8d vs 28.7±3.3d, P<0.05).In patients with high intracranial pressure, headache, vomiting, and hemiplegia, the size of hematoma would be larger compared with those without those symptoms(P<0.05).Though the symptoms were acutely occurred in all patients, hemiplegia was found only in 33.4% mild transient psychogenic symptoms was found in 41.6%.
