氨氯地平对老年高血压血脂及糖代谢的影响

Effects of Amlodipine on Blood Lipid and Glucose Metabolism in Elderly Essential Hypertesion

  • 摘要: 对45例老年高血压患者进行氨氯地平8周治疗，结果表明服用氨氯地平后血压，总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖及胰岛素水平均降低，无明显副作用。提示氨氯地平治疗老年高血压同时能有效地改善血脂、糖代谢及胰岛素的抵抗。

     

    Abstract: Fourty five elderly patients with essential hypertension were treated,with Amlodipine for 8 weeks.The results showed that blood pressure,cholesterol,triglyceride、blood glucose and insulin were decreased.No siginificant adverse were found.
