Abstract:
Aim\ To evaluate the effect of cilazapril in the QRS scoring system on infarction size and cardiac function in AMI. Methods Sixty six patients acute anterior myocardial infarction were divided into 2 groups:the cilazapril group and the control group. Patients in cilazapril group were given cilazapril 2.5 mg each day at 8 AM and the conventional electrocardiogram was taken at the time of admission and 24h,7d,21d. Every ECG score was recorded by QRS scoring system suggested by Wagner,Left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF)was detected by nuclide gating cardiac blood pool imaging at 21 day after admission. Results\ The QRS scores of cilazapril group were lower than that of control group significantly at 21 d(5.30±2.15 vs 6.45±1.98, P <0 05).LVEF of cilazapril group was higher than that of control group (51.9%±8.8% vs 45.2%±11.4%, P <0 05). Conclusion\ Cilazapril can decrease the QRS score of acute anterior myocardial infarction pronouncedly, suggesting that cilazapril has a definitive effect in preventing the infarction extension and promoting the recovery of cardiac function after myocardial infarction.
