上海地区正常人ACE基因多态性频率的分布

The Distribution of Polymorphism in Angiotensin Ⅰ-Converting Enzyme Gene in normal population in Shanghai

  • 摘要: 目的 研究血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因插入 /缺失多态性在上海地区正常人群中的分布。 方法 利用三条引物法对 478例上海地区正常人进行ACEI/D基因型的分析比较。 结果 上海地区正常人的ACEI/D基因型分布是 :II型 47 4%、ID型 43 5 1%、DD型 8 79%。各基因型频率与新加坡人、日本人、台湾地区、香港的华人接近 ,但与英国白人和非洲籍人群差异显著。 结论 ACE基因多态性的分布有明显的种族和地区差异

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the distribution of polymorphism in angiotensin I converting enzyme gene in normal population in Shanghai Methods An insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphoism in angiotensin I converting enzyme gene was detected by a modified PCR using three primers in 478 normal people from Shanghai Results In normal population from Shanghai the genotype frequency of II was 47 4%, ID was 43 51%, DD was 8 79% The frequency of three genotypes was similar to those reported from Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong, However the frequency of DD the was study (8.79%) is siginficantly lower than the results by British and African \ Conclusion ACE gene polymorphism varies among different races and people from different regions
