苯那普利对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响

Effects of Benazepril Hydrochloride on Heart Rate Variability in patients with Essential Hyperyention

  • 摘要: 目的 研究血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂盐酸苯那普利 (BenazeprilHydrochloride)对原发性高血压患者心率变异性 (Heartratevariability ,HRV)的影响。方法  2 1例原发性轻中度高血压患者服苯那普利 (10~ 2 0mg/d ,8周 ,n =2 1)前后行 2 4小时动态心电图检查分析心率功率谱时域和频域指标。结果 苯那普利使HRV时域指标SDNNI轻度降低 ,SDNN、SDANN ,rMSSD和频域指标HF轻度增加 ,频域指标TF ,LF和LF/HF明显降低。结论 苯那普利对原发性高血压患者降压同时 ,对心率变异性产生有益的作用。

     

    Abstract: Purpose\ To evaluate the effects of benazepri1 hydrochloride on heart rate variability(HRV) in 21 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.\ Methods\ 24 hours ambulatory ECG was used for detecting of HRV.\ Results\ Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(benazepril hydrochloride l0~20 mg once daily for 8 weeks(\%n\%=21) reduced blood pressure(froml 53/102 to 139/93 mmHg) as well as standard deviation of normal RR intervals(SDNN).\ While the standard deviation of 5 minute mean RR intervals(SDANN),the square root of the mean of squared difference between adjacent normal RR interval(RMSSD) and highfrequency(HF) components of power spectrum density were increased. Total frequency(TF),low frequency(LF) and high/low frequency ratio were markly reduced after taking 10~20 mg of benazepril hydrochloride.\ Conclusion\ It thus suggests benazepril hydrochloride therapy can significantly increase the heart rate variability of patients with essential hypertension.
