肾上腺髓质素的基因多态性与原发性高血压的关系

Microsatellite DNA Polymorphism of Adrenomedullin Gene and Essential Hypertension

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨肾上腺髓质素基因 (ADM)微卫星多态性 (CA重复序列 )与原发性高血压的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应技术 (PCR) ,检测 196例正常人和 2 4 5例原发性高血压患者的ADM基因型 ,同时测定生化指标。采用放射免疫法测定 6 2例不同基因型的高血压患者的血清ADM水平。结果 正常对照组与原发性高血压组ADM等位基因型频率分布有显著差异 (χ2 =10 92 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,在 4种等位基因 (11,13,14 ,19)中 ,19值在原发性高血压组中所占比例显著高于正常对照组 (χ2 =7 5 8,P <0 0 5 )。不同基因型 11与 11,11与 13,11与 14 ,11与 19,13与 13,13与 14 ,13与 19,14与 14 ,14与 19的血清ADM水平 ,无明显差异。结论 ADM基因多态性可能与原发性高血压发生的倾向性有关。

     

    Abstract: Obeject To identify the microsatellite DNA polymorphism of adrenomedullin(ADM) gene in patients with essential hypertension(EH) and healthy normotensive subjects. Methods With polymerase chian reactiona(PCR),ADM genotyping was carried out on 70 normotensive subjects and 90 essential hypertensives without cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Using radioimmunoassay,plasma ADM concentration was measured. Results The genotype distribution of ADM between the health controls and EH groups was significantly different. The frequencies of 19 alleles in EH groups were higher than the health controls(9.8% vs 3.0%). However,plasma ADM concentrations were not significantly different among the genotypes. Conclusion Microsatellite DNA polymorphism of adrenomedullin gene may be associated with the genetic predisposition to EH.
