不同运动习惯青年冬春季基础和运动血压的差异

The Seasonal Difference of Basic and Exercise Blood Pressure in Youth with or Without Exercise Habit

  • 摘要: 背景血压存在明显的季节性变化,运动有降低血压的效应,但运动习惯对静息血压和运动血压反应的季节性变化影响不明。目的探索不同运动习惯青年静息血压和运动血压反应的季节性变化。方法不同运动习惯的75位学生分别于冬春季测定静息血压和运动中血压。获取基础血压后,进行9min步行900m(100m/min)的运动,运动中每3min测定血压及心率。计算运动期血压及心率曲线下面积(AUC)。结果①该组学生冬季静息收缩压明显高于春季(125.7±12.2)比(119.5±12.6)mmHg,P<0.05,舒张压也有增高的趋势,但心率甚为接近;②不同运动习惯两组春季静息收缩压和舒张压水平相似,但冬季不常运动组收缩压明显高于常运动组,舒张压也更高(均P<0.05);③无论冬春季节,不常运动组运动中舒张压增加(P<0.05),并有较大波动,而常运动组舒张压增加不明显。结论良好的运动习惯可以减轻青年人冬季血压增高的幅度,稳定运动中血压的变化。

     

    Abstract: Background The blood pressure (BP) increases in cold seasons and exercise can reduce BP,but the effect of exercise habit on seasonal change of rest BP and exercise BP response is unclear. Objective To explore the effect of exercise habit on seasonal change of rest BP and exercise BP response in youth. Methods This study included 75 students having different exercise habit. The basic BPs were taken in winter and spring respectively. During the walking of 900 m within 9 min test,BP and heart rate(HR) were taken every 3 min. The areas under the curve (AUC) of BP and HR were calculated. Results ①Basic systolic blood pressure(SBP) was significantly higher in winter than in spring (125.7±12.2) vs (119.5±12.6)mm Hg,P<0.05,and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) had increase tendency also,but the HR in two seasons was similar. ②Basic SBP and DBP in spring were similar,but SBP in winter was significantly higher in sometime exercise group than in often exercise group(both P<0.05). ③ Whether in winter or in spring,exercise induced obvious DBP increase and variation in sometime exercise group(P<0.05). Conclusion Good exercise habit can decrease seasonal change of basic BP and exercise BP response in youth.
