吸烟对健康人血清线粒体耦联因子6、前列腺素I2和一氧化氮的影响

The relationship between serum mitochondrial coupling factor 6, prostacyclin and nitric oxide in healthy smokers

  • 摘要: 目的观察健康吸烟者血清线粒体耦联因子6(CF6)与一氧化氮、前列腺素I2(PGI2)的变化及其相关性。方法共选取自愿者90人,其中健康吸烟者59人(37人吸烟指数≤200,22人吸烟指数>200),健康不吸烟者31人(吸烟指数=0)。酶联免疫法测定血清CF6、PGI2水平,硝酸还原酶法测定血清一氧化氮水平。结果吸烟指数>200组血清CF6浓度高于吸烟指数≤200组、吸烟指数=0组(208.85±14.18)比(188.53±9.29)、(163.81±14.83)ng/L,均P<0.05;吸烟指数>200组血清PGI2浓度、一氧化氮浓度低于吸烟指数≤200组、吸烟指数=0组(80.61±6.87)比(88.94±4.16)、(100.19±4.10)ng/L;(62.74±10.74)比(75.95±7.29)、(88.67±9.55)μmol/L,均P<0.05。CF6分别与PGI2、一氧化氮呈负相关(r=-0.418、-0.326,均P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,吸烟指数与CF6、PGI2、一氧化氮独立相关(分别β=2.331、-0.422、-0.231,均P<0.05)。结论吸烟可导致健康人群血清一氧化氮、PGI2减少,CF6增加。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of mitochondrial coupling factor-6(CF6),prostacyclin(PGI2)and nitric oxide(NO)in healthy smokers. Methods Ninety volunteers were enrolled in this study including 59healthy smokers37cases with cigarette index(CI)≤200and 22cases CI>200and 31 healthy non-smokers(CI=0).The serum levels of CF6and PGI2 were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),while the serum level of NO was determined by nitrate reductase method. Results The serum levels of CF6in CI>200group(208.85±14.18)ng/Lwere higher than those in CI=0(163.81±14.83)ng/Land CI ≤200group(188.53±9.29)ng/L. The serum concentrations of PGI2in group which CI>200 (80.61± 6.87)ng/Lwere lower than CI=0 (100.19±4.10)group and CI≤200group (88.94±4.16)ng/L. The serum concentrations of NO tested in CI>200group (62.74±10.74)was lower than CI=0 (88.67± 9.55)and CI≤200group(75.95±7.29)μmol/L. CF6had a significantly negative correlation with serum levels of PGI2and NO(r=-0.418,r=-0.326,both P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that CI was independently associated with CF6,PGI2and NO(β=2.331,-0.422,-0.231,all P<0.05). Conclusion Smoking can cause an increase in serum level of CF6and a decrease in the serum level of NO and PGI2.
