急性中等强度运动对血压达标高血压患者循环内皮微颗粒水平的影响
Effect of the acute moderate intensity exercise on the levels of circulating endothelial microparticles in well-controlled essential hypertensive patients

摘要: 目的观察急性运动对血压达标高血压患者循环内皮微颗粒(EMPs)水平的影响。方法入选血压控制达标的男性高血压患者14例高血压组,年龄(56.4±5.0)岁及男性正常血压志愿者12人对照组,年龄(55.3±7.2)岁,流式细胞术检测循环EMPs水平。采用改良的Bruce's运动方案,高血压组进行单次中等强度有氧运动,持续30min,观察运动前后循环EMPs水平的变化。结果高血压组和对照组之间的血压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,高血压组循环EMPs水平明显升高(1842.4±308.3)比(922.5±136.4)个/μL,P<0.01。与运动前比较,高血压组运动后循环EMPs水平降低(1668.8±264.5)比(1842.4±308.3)个/μL,P<0.05。结论血压达标高血压患者循环EMPs水平高于正常血压志愿者,运动后循环EMPs水平较运动前降低,提示运动可进一步改善药物控制达标的高血压患者受损的血管内皮功能。Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of acute exercise on the levels of circulating endothelial microparticles(EMPs)in patients with well-controlled essential hypertension. Methods Forteen male essential hypertensive patients with well-controlled blood pressure aged(56.4±5.0)yearsand 12 male normotensive volunteers aged(55.3±7.2)yearswere enrolled. Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of circulating EMPs. Hypertensive patients received a single moderate intensity aerobic exercise referring to the modified Bruce’s method for 30 min.The levels of circulating EMPs were compared before and after exercise. Results The levels of blood pressure(BP)between hypertensive patients and normotensive volunteers were no statistically different. Compared with normotensive volunteers,the concentration of circulating EMPs was elevated in BP well-controlled hypertensive patients(1842.4±308.3)vs(922.5±136.4)counts/μL,P<0.01. In those hypertensive patients,the level of circulating EMPs was attenuated after exercise compared with the resting state (1668.8±264.5)vs(1842.4±308.3)counts/μL,P<0.05. Conclusion The level of circulating endothelial microparticles is significantly higher in well-controlled essential hypertensive patients than that in normotensive volunteers. And it is alleviated after exercise,which suggesting that exercise can further improve the impaired endothelial function in hypertensive patients whose boold pressure is well-controlled by antihypertensive drugs.
