Abstract:
Objective To study the changes of serum metabolic components in stress induced hypertension(SIH)rats. Methods Thirty male Wistar rats aged 6-8 weeks were randomly divided into SIH model group(n=20)and normal control group(n=10). After 7 days of adaptive feeding,SIH model group was established through daily braked, tail clamp, intermittent plantar stimulation, sound and light stimulation. After 9 weeks of continuous stimulation, the SIH model was successful established on 6 rats. Rats in control group were given normal feeding during the same period. The changes of metabolic components in serum of SIH model rats were detected by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technique combined with model identification and orthogonal partial least squares(OPLS-DA). Results Compared with the control group, the levels of glycoprotein,β-glucose,very low denisity lipoprotein(VLDL),acetoacetic acid, carnitine, isoleucine, leucine and valine in the serum of SIH model group were significantly higher(r=-0.71,-0.76,-0.80,-0.75,-0.82,-0.73,-0.82,-0.72,respectively;all P<0.05). Conclusion Lipid, glucose and amino acid metabolisms in SIH rats were significantly different from those in control rats.
