摘要: 2020年1月28日,JAMA杂志发表一篇题为《Association of Isolated Diastolic Hypertension as Defined by the 2017 ACC/AHA Blood Pressure Guideline With Incident Cardiovascular Outcomes》的文章,在融合社区人群动脉粥样硬化发病风险(atherosclerosis risk in communities,ARIC)队列研究和美国国家健康和营养调查(the national health and nutrition examination survey,NHANES)横断面研究的基础上,平均随访25.2年,以130/80mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)
