Abstract: With the increasing demand for coronary angiography, routine inpatient coronary angiography examinations are no longer able to meet the needs of patients. In 2022, the National Health Commission formulated the Recommendations for Ambulatory Surgery（2022 Edition）, which included coronary angiography in the list of recommended ambulatory surgeries. However, there is currently a lack of unified standards and procedures for the ambulatory surgery mode of coronary angiography. In order to standardize the ambulatory surgery for coronary angiography, ensure medical quality and patient safety, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians（CCCP） organized more than 50 relevant experts to conduct a thorough, comprehensive, and extensive discussion on the standardization of the ambulatory surgery mode for coronary angiography. The consensus opinions have been formed, providing reference and suggestions for the implementation of ambulatory surgery for coronary angiography in China.
