Abstract:
Over the past two decades, through continuous exploration and practice, the training for primary care physicians in the Yangtze River Delta region on hypertension and related chronic disease prevention and management has initially developed a new model characterized by synchronized collaboration among adjacent regions, integration of online and offline approaches, and multi-modal training. This model has fully leveraged the strengths of tertiary hospitals across regions. By pooling high-quality resources and employing multi-modal training for primary care physicians, it ultimately aims to enhance the health literacy of the entire population. The care and support from central and local leadership serve as the fundamental guarantee for the continuous improvement of training participation rates. Tailored training courses have been provided for general practitioners and rural doctors, with different training content developed according to their actual needs. This stratified training approach is worthy of promotion.
