Abstract: Comparing the 2024 Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines with the 2025 American Heart Association (AHA) hypertension management guidelines, both guidelines propose the requirement of "standardized blood pressure measurement" or "normalized blood pressure measurement." Summarizing the similarities and differences between the two guidelines regarding blood pressure measurement can help achieve standardization of blood pressure measurement.
