  • 摘要: 有证据表明，血压随季节变化。本研究探讨动态夜间血压的季节变化及其与靶器官损害的关联性。在1 054例接受动态血压监测的未治疗患者中，监测其尿白蛋白与肌酐比值(albumin-to-creatinine ratio,ACR,n=1 044)、颈股动脉脉搏波传导速度(carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity, cfPWV,n=1 020)和左心室质量指数(left ventricular mass index,LVMI,n=622)。
