Accuracy of OMRON upper-arm blood pressure monitors HEM-1000

  • 摘要: 目的比较OMRON HEM-1000型臂式电子血压计间接测量的血压与肱动脉直接测量的血压差异,探讨臂式电子血压计测量的准确性。方法选取吉安市中心人民医院心内科及南昌大学第二附属医院心内科临床需要行冠状动脉造影的患者200例(男110例,女90例),比较臂式电子血压计测得的血压与肱动脉直接测得的血压差异;将两种测量方法测量的血压值行Bland-Altman图示法;同时用英国高血压学会(BHS)仪器设备评级标准对臂式血压计进行准确性评价。结果臂式电子血压与肱动脉压有明显相关性;臂式电子血压计测得的血压与肱动脉直接测量的血压差异无统计学意义收缩压(132.7±22.2)比(132.4±21.7)mm Hg,P=0.153;舒张压(81.7±13.5)比(81.2±13.8)mm Hg,P=0.104;两种测量方法测量的血压值一致性较好。按BHS评级标准,臂式电子血压计测量的收缩压及舒张压均为A级。结论臂式电子血压计可准确反映血压值。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the accuracy of OMRON upper-arm electronic blood pressure(BP)monitor HEM-1000by comparing its indirect BP measurement with the direct BP measurement in the brachial artery.Methods Among the 200patients enrolled in this study for coronary angiography,110were males and 90females.Blood pressure levels were recorded with both OMRON upper-arm electronic monitor HEM-1000and the direct measurement in the brachial artery. Bland-Altman plots were constructed for their comparisons and the accuracy of the upper-arm electronic monitor evaluated by the British Hypertension Society(BHS)standard. Results There was a close correlation between the indirect arm and direct brachial BP readings. No statistically significant difference was observed in both systolic(132.7±22.2)vs(132.4±21.7)mm Hg,P=0.153and diastolic(81.7±13.5)vs(81.2±13.8)mm Hg,P=0.104levels between the indirect arm readings and direct brachial readings.As reflected in Bland-Altman method,there was good consistency between the two readings. According to the BHS standard,OMRON arm electronic blood pressure monitor HEM-1000was categorized as Grade A for systolic and diastolic BP levels. Conclusion OMRON upper-arm electronic BP monitor HEM-1000can reflect BP values accurately.
