Expanding the early use of combination lipid-lowering therapy to a broader population

2025 Focused Update of the 2019 European Society of Cardiology (ESC)/European Atherosclerosis Society (EAS) Guidelines for the Management of Dyslipidaemias have been released at ESC Congress 2025. The updated guidelines incorporate revisions and new recommendations based on the latest clinical trials and meta-analyses. While the guidelines are developed for the European context, the recommendations may also provide valuable insights for the prevention and management of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) in China.
