Fifty questions on the combination of basic and precision diagnosis and treatment of primary aldosteronism
-
Abstract
Basic diagnosis and treatment of primary aldosteronism ensures timely screening and standardized intervention for every patient, normalizes clinical and biochemical indicators, and protects vital target organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys. Precision diagnosis and treatment enables accurate lesion localization and etiological classification, delivers evidence-based targeted therapy, and reduces the recurrence rate. This study proposes strategies and measures integrating basic and precision diagnosis and treatment, providing an important reference for medical institutions at all levels to carry out continuous and systematic management of primary aldosteronism in hypertensive populations.
